This dip has been a family favorite ever since my mom started making it. No dip has ever come close to it. Seriously. Everyone I’ve ever made it for begs me to give them the recipe so I thought I’d share it so other people can enjoy! It’s great for game days or parties and so easy to make. Sometimes my husband requests it when I ask him what he wants for dinner.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 9 oz can of bean dip
1 container (8 oz) of guacamole
1 cup (8 oz) of sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 packet of taco seasoning
8 Oz Shredded cheese (I use either cheddar or the Mexican blend)
For the first layer, evenly spread the bean dip in a 9×13 casserole dish.
Next, spread the guacamole on top of the bean dip.
For the third layer you will mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
Spread the taco seasoning layer on top of the guacamole.
Dice the tomatoes and sprinkle them on top.
Chop the green onions and sprinkle over the tomato layer.
Finally, cover the top in the shredded cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
So there you have it! You will definitely be a hit with this dip, I have yet to meet someone who hasn’t liked it! Hope you enjoy!
